Dr. Wendi Jenkins head shot

Dr. Wendi Jenkins

Dr. Wendi Jenkins serves as the 六合彩资料大全鈥檚 Associate Vice Chancellor for Leadership and Institutional Development. She develops and delivers innovative, relevant, and sustained programs designed to maximize individual and institutional effectiveness. 

Prior to joining the system office, she served as the Director of Columbus State University鈥檚 William B. Turner Center for Servant Leadership, which included the undergraduate Servant Leadership Program, as well as the Internal Leadership Development department. She also held the Frank D. Brown Distinguished Chair position in Servant Leadership while at CSU. 

Wendi holds a Doctor of Education Degree from Columbus State University, an Educational Specialist Degree in Instructional Technology from the University of West Georgia, a Master鈥檚 Degree in Secondary Education and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Secondary Education/English from Columbus State University. She is certified in Emergenetics and FourSight, has a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University and holds an ACC-level credential from the International Coaching Federation.

Traci Stromie

Traci Stromie is the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Leadership and Institutional Development at the 六合彩资料大全. Her coaching and professional development offerings focus on leadership development, flourishing鈥(doing well and being well), productivity,鈥痓uilding鈥痗ommunity, emotional intelligence, and engaging in the online space. As a trained instructional designer, Traci takes an intentional, systematic, and researched-based approach to all the programs and workshops she designs and facilitates. 

Traci has鈥痗onsulted, published, and presented on a variety of topics related to educational development鈥痑s well as鈥痮nline鈥痑nd鈥痓lended pedagogical approaches.鈥疕er chapter鈥淢otivation for Learning: If We Build it, Will They Come?鈥濃痑ppears in The Learner-Centered Instructional Designer: Purposes, Processes, and Practicalities of Creating Online Courses in Higher Education (Stylus, 2020)鈥痑nd provides evidence-based strategies for increasing learner motivation in online courses. 

Traci has an M.S.鈥痠n Instructional Design from Georgia State University and B.S. in Social Science Education from the University of Georgia.鈥疨rior to joining the 六合彩资料大全, Traci served as a Faculty Developer, Faculty Success Coach, and Senior Instructional Designer at the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) at Kennesaw State University.

Angela Landers

Angela Landers is a Leadership and Institutional Development Specialist at the 六合彩资料大全. She has a passion for providing professional development on leadership development, emotional intelligence, building team culture and community, employee wellness, and professional goal setting and attainment. Having worked in higher education for over two decades, Angela combines her programming and psychology experience to provide a strengths-based approach grounded in theory. She designs and facilitates innovative, interactive programs that give participants concrete tools for moving theory into application. 

Angela has presented at educational conferences throughout the state and internationally on employee wellness, specifically as it relates to burnout, chronic stress, self-care, and resilience. In 2019, she presented at the Ministry of Education's Caribbean Well-Being Conference in St. Maarten. She enjoys focusing on the personhood of employees and how bringing in one's natural strengths and skills can lead to increased work engagement, collegial connection, wellness, and life satisfaction.

Angela holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Psychology from Georgia Southern University. Prior to joining the 六合彩资料大全, Angela served as the Assistant Director of Outreach and Community Engagement at the Counseling Center at Georgia Southern University.
